Wild Poppy is predominantly a gin bar however, we designed her to be smart and versatile, to smoothly and efficiently serve the beverage of choice, wherever the party. She is fully equipped with fridges, freezers, payment services etc. as well as fully trained, professional and charismatic bar staff making the experience special for each and every customer. 

We will will give you a fair and transparent price, tailored to your event. Wild Poppy has been designed for versatility, serving your drink of choice to add something special to your event. 

Detailed below is what is included in the Bar Hire and the 4 packages available that can be designed around your event. 

Bar Hire Fee 

• All hires start from £200  
• Bar Hire / set up.
• Trained uniformed staff to serve and clear
• Glass or Recycled Glassware 
• Cash and card payment facilities
• Fully Insured 
• We can take care of organising the correct license for your event
• Bespoke specials & drinks packages
• Rates vary and are determined by the package chosen (detailed below), hours hired, distance travelled, staff required, & glassware requirements.

All Packages include Bar Hire

Package 1: All Inclusive

Bar Hire & a bespoke drinks menu where all  the drinks are free for your guests & you pick up the tab with a 10% discount. 

Package 2: Tab Bar

Bar Hire & Involves running a tab up to an agreed limit, then your guests purchase their own drinks.

Package 3: Pay Bar 

Our most popular option involves your guests purchasing drinks from the bar.  

Package 4: Dry Bar Hire 

We supply Wild Poppy with fully trained staff , you supply the drinks, ice, mixers & garnishes.
